Caitlin or Cait (she/her) is a movement instructor based in Toronto. A graduate of GBFTT2019, she aims to create her classes in a way that inspires curiosity and is rooted in joyful movement. She finds the sweet spot between strength and compassion. She wants participants to cultivate strength and resilience on the mat so that they can feel empowered to take on whatever comes their way off the mat.

I am boy band obsessed. I currently love Shawn Mendes and Harry Styles, but have seen the Jonas Brothers 8 times and I'm not even embarrassed.

MY GO-TO COMFORT FOOD IS:

C A N D Y- blow pops, lemon heads, anything that will give me a canker sour. I am a tiny little sugar fairy.


FAVOURITE FREE WAY TO UNWIND IS:

putting on the tunes I feel like (sometimes disney, sometimes MCR, sometimes pop) and dancing around my apartment with a glass of wine.

WHEN I NEED TO CRY I…

just CRY. It is one of my talents. Crying sort of comes with my personality.


I AM CURRENTLY BINGE WATCHING:

Ru paul's Drag Race, over and over and over.


MY TOP 3 GOODBODYFEEL CLASSES (BESIDES MY OWN OF COURSE) ARE:

RnB Pilates, BOSU!!, Be chill


WHEN I’M NOT GBF-ING I AM:

being a super nanny for twin toddlers, taking care of my plant babies and looking at rescue dogs


IF I COULD HAVE A SUPER POWER, I WOULD CHOOSE… BECAUSE…

The ability to make food appear at the snap of my fingers.
