Inward / Outward is an immersion that can be offered as a workshop series or retreat. This immersion and accompanying workbook shares tools for cultivating self-awareness and relational care. There are four modules packed with concepts, exercises and practices. These modules aim to build one's internal awareness and internal resources to develop and maintain intentionality and compassion in external relations.
This can also be offered as a team retreat for your group, team or organization.

This is a closed-cohort workshop series that bridges movement, therapy exercises and collective care.. The exercises, workbook and discussions aim to create a guide toward self-awareness and relational care.
The immersion includes 2x 5hr gatherings, an extensive workbook, 30-day access to the GBF Movement Video Archive and optional 1:1 add-ons.
There'll be limited spots so that each cohort can dive deep in trust and safety with each other and the process.
This program is an incredible offering for your existing group as a team-building experience and can the duration can be tailored to your group’s needs or preferences.
