ASTROLOGICAL BIG THREE:

Cancer Sun. Not sure sun and moon, because my parents are fuzzy about what time I was born. 10:00 pm or 10:30 pm they are not sure.

FAVOURITE SEASON:

Summer so I can be at beaches. Being by large bodies of water calm my spirit and body. Autumn for the colourful leaves and the crisp earthy air.

A FUN FACT ABOUT ME IS:

I used to rap in high school. My brother and I use to write conscious hip hop songs. I still write poetry.

MY GO-TO COMFORT FOOD IS:

Meat Loaf when I I make it. Any cheese filled pasta. brownies. chips.

FAVOURITE FREE WAY TO UNWIND IS:

Lighting candles dancing strangely in front of the mirror. Lying on my back and listening to music with my full attention.

WHEN I NEED TO CRY I…

I hold it in until, I go to my room or have GBF check-in.

I AM CURRENTLY BINGE WATCHING:

The L word. Also I am digging Next in Fashion.

MY TOP 3 GOODBODYFEEL CLASSES (BESIDES MY OWN OF COURSE) ARE:

Soul Salutations, Be centered, Be Lifted.

WHEN I’M NOT GBF-ING I AM:

Writing in my journal. Hiking with family and friends. Video arting/ editing videos. Pulling tarot cards. playing guitar. Running. hugging pillows. Figuring out how to use software.

IF I COULD HAVE A SUPER POWER, I WOULD CHOOSE… BECAUSE…

Breathe and see clearly underwater, so I can meet all the underwater creatures.
